This place is GREAT!! The kids martial arts program AND the adult kick-boxing classes are awesome. I think what really sets this place apart though aside from the great classes are the owners and instructors. They really care about their students and are dedicated to making both kids and adults stronger, more confident and better people. Highly recommend checking this place out.

We've been going to US Elite for over 4 years. My one son has earned his black belt and my other his red. We enjoy the discipline of the classes, the focus and confidence it gives our kids. The staff is great, always willing to discuss how they're doing. The atmosphere is very friendly. My boys have really enjoyed the extras as well...Skills and Stripes classes, mini camps over spring break and Christmas break. They love Parents Night Out (and so do we!). Would definitely recommend.

My son started with US Elite about a year ago. We’ve been very happy there. The instructors are great and keep the kids engaged and motivated. They also teach valuable life skills that translate at home and at school, with the goal being to shape future leaders. Belt testing keeps my son motivated with short-term goals that are achievable. His focus and confidence have improved since he started, and I like the emphasis on both physical and mental toughness. It’s clear Master Greer and the staff has a vested interest in seeing students succeed in and outside of class.

We love US Elite Martial Arts! Both of my sons attend classes twice per week. My older son has been enrolled for three years and still loves going every week. My husband recently joined as well. It is nice that there are all-belt classes so they can attend as a family.
All of the staff are professional, friendly, and passionate about what they do. They strive to have a high-quality gym that works for everyone.

I never thought that I will like kickboxing! I started eight months ago , at this great place ,and I love it since my first class. It's not easy ,but it's definitely worth it! I am here four times a week and I lose weight and tone my body, and it's perfect stress relief too. Great trainers ,nice people, I made new friends. I just love it here:) There is nothing to complain about!

Do I need to be in shape before I start Kickboxing?

Short answer; absolutely not! We have members of all health and fitness levels, and our classes are designed to fit around each one of these levels.

The only thing we ask is that you bring your best attitude when you come to one of our classes. If you have the mental framework determined to become physically healthy, that is all we want to see. Our trainers will help you get into the best shape of your life!

Can I lose weight with the Fitness Kickboxing program?

Of course. Although, we must say you get what you put in. If you follow a consistent workout pattern, you are bound to see the results you want. On average, kickboxers burn an average of 820 calories per hour.

Do I need any kickboxing experience?

No, we love teaching new members. There is no better way to gain respect from our community than someone who has the will to join our class without any experience. If you can take that first step, you have already proven to our group that you are a strong-minded individual. We will teach you everything you need to know.

Does the physical training include weights or machines?

Most of the training comes from the natural, isotonic, aerobic, anaerobic, and isometric exercises, although, some weight training may be recommended or used. These exercises help our members with losing weight and toning the whole body; our focus is for you to develop speed, flexibility, and force.

What should I wear or bring?

Sweats and a T-shirt, or yoga attire, work best. You’ll also want to bring a towel and a bottle of water. And of course bring the mental attitude that you’re going to kill this workout!

How often should I attend classes?

We understand how busy your life can be; we would love to see you at least once a week. We believe once a week will be a good start for you to build your overall endurance and capability to implement the basic kickboxing moves.

Once you have built the basic foundation of the Kickboxing moves, we encourage you to then increase the amount of frequency and intensity of your workouts. We want you to go at your own pace, but make sure to challenge yourself to see the best results.
